KCI - This week we are continuing with dehydrating as a method of food preservation. Also, we will be making muffins on Friday. Food cubes need to be completed.

SNC1P - Current electricity is the topic of choice this week. Lab Report #1 is overdue - get it in ASAP! An Electricity Assignment was assigned today and is due next Thursday, March 4.

KCI - This week is all about why we eat the things we do. We will be making beef jerky too! Thanks to Ms. Bush for her dehydrator.

SNC1P - Quiz #1 is this Thursday.
